After receiving your order you have 30 days to decide whether you want to send it back.
Have you received your order and do you want to send and / or exchange something? No point, complete your return form completely and add it to your return shipment. You can find the return form in the CHPTR-S box. Send it back to CHPTR-S within 30 days. Return costs are for your own account.
After receiving your return shipment, the amount will be refunded as soon as possible to the (bank) account / credit card used during the placement of the order. This takes around 5 working days.
* Note: Please note that CHPTR-S return shipments only decreases if they are returned in original condition including labels & packaging. Damaged and / or used items are refused and returned. The return costs are for your own account.

From the moment you get your order to be delivered to your home, you have thirty (30) days of reflection. If you are not satisfied with an article, you can exchange or return it within this reflection time.
The return costs (these are the costs that you pay for sending the order to CHPTR-S) are for your own account.
If you want to exchange one or more articles for a different size, you can request a exchange via the return form. Upon receipt of your return, CHPTR-S customer service checks the availability of your desired exchange size and then reserves it immediately. This is then sent to you free of charge.
Note: it can only be exchanged for the same article in a different size. If your desired size is no longer available, we will contact you to report this and, if desired, we can convert your exchange into a return.
Items that have been ordered via the ChPTR-S webshop may only be exchanged at the CHPTR-S head office. If you have purchased items at one of our outlets, you can only trade it in the relevant point of sale.
Please note: our retailers handle their own return policy.
After we have received your return in good order, you will receive the purchase amount of your return to your account within 5 days (shipping costs are not reimbursed). The reimbursement is automatic via the checking account / payment method with which the original payment has been made.
Sale items that -30% or -50% discount may be returned or exchanged.
Final SALE (-70%) items that have been ordered via the CHPTR-S webshop cannot be exchanged / returned. If the order is sent back to CHPTR-S HQ, this is not received and immediately returned to the sender. Shipping costs are charged here.
Periodic promotional promotions from chpttr-s.com cannot be combined with other discounts / promotions.

The costs for returning articles are for your own account. We recommend sending your return as a package via PostNL. Then you will receive a Shipping and your package is always traceable via Track & Trace. The costs thereof are +/- € 6.95.
An exception applies to incorrectly delivered or in reception of damaged items. In this case, the costs for returning are of course reimbursed by CHPTR-S. We do this by sending a shipping label or by returning the delivery costs to your account.
