Step 1. Shopping cart

Choose COLOR And size and press the "in shopping basket" button. Are all items in the shopping cart? Then press my cart on the right side of your screen. Check your order and continue with the "checkout" button.

Step 2. Pay information

Enter your payment details. All rules with a * must be filled in to complete the order. Do you have special wishes? Then enter this at the heading "Order notes" so that we can meet your wishes!

Step 3. Check your order

View the entire order again. You are a few more steps from your new Mister (s)!

Step 4. Payment

Select your payment method. CHPTR-S offers various payment methods such as iDeal, Credit card, PayPal and Bancontact. When you have chosen one of these options, easily place the order.

Adjust order

Changed mind? On working days and the same day of the order, contact us until 3 p.m. to provide adjustments. You do this by sending an email to info@CHPTR-S.com. State your order number, name and address you used for your order.

Please note: it is only possible to exchange or adjust an item at another item of the same price.

We try to send your order as soon as possible. That is why the adjustment will only be made if it is indicated before 3 p.m.

Delivery time

CHPTR-S sends with PostNL. Articles ordered on working days before 4 p.m. will be shipped the same day. Delivery time within the Netherlands is approximately 2 - 4 working days. During periods of SALE, National vacations and promotional promotions, it is possible that the order is sent the next day. Shipping costs may differ per country.

International deliveries are also sent by PostNL excluding import duties. This means that CHPTR-S only takes care of the payment of shipment, and other costs such as rights, tax and other import duties are with the consumer. Consumers outside the EU do not pay VAT on the items they buy.

Trace your order

The option to follow your order depends on the chosen shipping method. If a method has been chosen in which Track & Trace is supported, you can follow the order through this code. In this case you will receive an e-mail from us with the required data and a link to the site of the carrier.
