CHPTR-S offers a guarantee period of 30 days. If the item is damaged within this period or a defense occurs, send an email to info@chptr-s.com.
* Note: Warranty only applies when there is a legitimate complaint. Articles that have been deliberately damaged, neglect, too much worn or not dealt with instructions were not covered by warranty.
If your purchase outside the 30 days warranty period fall, but you still have a legitimate complaint please contact us. We will judge and search for a suitable solution.
