CHPTR-S sends with PostNL and DHL. Articles ordered on working days before 3 p.m. are shipped the same day. Delivery time within the Netherlands is approximately 2 - 4 business days. During periods of sale, national holidays and promotional actions it may happen that the order will be sent the following day. Shipping costs are different per country.
International deliveries are sent by PostNL Global / UPS, excluding import duties. This means that CHPTR-S only takes care of the payment of shipping, and other costs as owed rights, tax and other import levies at the consumer. Consumers outside the EU do not pay VAT about the items they buy.
Items cannot be returned during the 70% sale period.
CHPTR-S provides orders from € 200 for free within the Netherlands and Belgium with DHL and PostNL. For orders under € 200, the (uninsured) shipping costs amount to € 5.50. There are different shipping methods. Depending on the method you choose, the shipping costs in the Netherlands vary between € 5.50 and € 7.65.

We try to send your order as quickly as possible. Changing your address is only possible if your order has not been sent yet. Send your address details and order number before 3 p.m. on the same day of order to firstname.lastname@example.org We do our best to implement the adjustments for you.
You can always find the status of your order (s) under the heading 'My Account' in your account. When your order has been sent, you will receive an e-mail with a track & trace number. With this you can follow the shipping status of your package. If the delivery time run out, you will receive a timely message from us.

If you are not at home when your package will be delivered, DHL and PostNL come back another time to deliver your order. If you are not at home the second time to receive the order, the package will be delivered to the nearest DHL collection point or post office. You can pick it out on presentation of your legitimacy.
